Ma’agalim is a nationally recognized, government-endorsed educational organization working with 11th and 12th grade students in Israel’s social periphery. Through a dedicated team of skilled mentors, Ma’agalim empowers vulnerable and at-risk youth — both girls and boys — to thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. By breaking cycles of hardship and violence, we help create brighter futures for these young people and the generations that follow.

In partnership with Israel’s Ministry of Education, Ma’agalim shares its proven model and best practices to educate, inspire, and mobilize a global community committed to lasting social change.
